You may express an interest in this position by using the 'Apply for this Position' button. Most Drivers depart approximately 6:00 a.m. and return about 9:30 a.m. and depart again approximately 1:30 p.m. and return around 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon.  

Number of hours per day:

Big Bus 4-6 hours per day / Small Bus 6-8 hours per day

Starting substitute and training wage: $14.36/hour (subject to change)

Permanent positions range from $15.47 to $19.84 dependent on length of employment with the district and previous school bus driving experience.

No experience required - paid training will be provided. Position requires a fairly clean driving record within the past three years. Please obtain a court certified record from DMV for $3.00. If you have lived outside the state of Oregon within the past 3 years, please obtain both an Oregon DMV record and a DMV record from the state where you previously resided.  Attach these records in the “Documents” section of your application.  Assistance completing the application and uploading documents is provided if needed.
