• 12 months
• Monday - Friday
• Hours to be determined

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen and related equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend equipment schematics.
• Ability to use technology for word processing, spreadsheets, communication, the work-order database and other related applications and devices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and maintenance of all commercial citchen and related equipment.
• Coordinate, schedule and inspect the work of outside kitchen equipment repair contractors.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Either a Limited Maintenance Electrical License (LME), Limited Journeyman Manufacturer Plant Electrician License (PJ) or General Journeyman Electrician (J) or the ability to acquire a Limited Maintenance Electrical License (LME).  If the chosen applicant needs to acquire an LME, they must be accepted in an apprenticeship program within four months, and receive their license within three years of hire date.
